The amendment put by Mr. Warawa would alter Mr. Bigras' motion in the following way: “That, pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Standing Committee on the Environment and Sustainable Development hold further hearings on the issue of phosphorus to study possible impacts on the environment.”
