That's an interesting question about federal-provincial powers that certainly could set the curriculum and provide the resources that would hopefully influence different schools and even municipalities and what they're implementing and so on. I guess the hope is that this will trickle down. Ultimately, there is a provincial aspect to this, so if we start seeing provincial regulators appear, then maybe they could work together, much like the way we have seen with the privacy commissioners.
