[Inaudible--Editor]...a dissenting report to lodge my point of view as to why the report shouldn't go in this fashion, as a report. I'd like to refer to Marleau and Montpetit, and to why it says that. I think it's an issue that should be read. It should at least be reported back to this House why Marleau and Montpetit is not followed in that regard.
