I have a question with regard to the addition of “Independent Members—Clause by Clause”. The purpose of this, I'm assuming, is just to ensure that, with regard to any amendments on bills that would be traditionally looked at in front of our committee, independent members would bring their amendments to committee as opposed to the House. If that's the intent of the addition, then we would support that.
