Mr. Speaker, abuse of the tax system is illegal, and the CRA takes enforcement action when instances of abuse are identified.
While we cannot comment on matters before the courts, Canadians can be assured that the CRA is maintaining the integrity of the tax system and preventing misuse of sensitive data.
